Return & Refund Policy
Atwill Studio accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition

All original packaging, accessories, inserts, and complimentary gifts must be included

Any attached tags must remain intact and unremoved

Returns must include a valid tracking number

Untracked lettermail returns will not be accepted
For hygiene reasons, wig-related products, hair-integrated headwear, and selected headwear items are not eligible for refunds.
Eligible wig-related items may qualify for:

exchange
or -
store credit only
Items purchased using store credit are eligible for one exchange only.
Each order item may only be exchanged once.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated as part of a promotional shipping offer.
Customers are encouraged to include clear photos when contacting us regarding damaged, incorrect, or disputed items.
Please allow 48–72 hours or longer for return and exchange inquiries during limited release periods.
Returned items showing signs of wear, damage, missing components, removed tags, odor, or conditions affecting resale eligibility may be refused or subject to partial store credit at the discretion of Atwill Studio.
Final sale items cannot be returned.
Atwill Studio reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
