Atwill Studio currently ships within Canada and the United States.

Processing times may vary during limited releases and small-batch production periods.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or high-volume release periods.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges associated with international shipments.

Tracking information will be provided once eligible orders have been fulfilled.

Atwill Studio is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect customer-provided shipping information, or events outside of our control.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to the customer upon transfer of the shipment to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Certain limited-release, preorder, partner-access, or small-batch items may require extended processing times prior to shipment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
